Super easy to get an appointment and then reschedule it due to illness. Brandon called ahead to let me know that he was on his way. Arrived exactly when he said he would and asked pertinent questions about what we wanted. He replaced our leaky valve, ran new piping in the bathroom, re-routed the piping to fit the new sink, installed our sink and vanity along with the new faucet and made sure that everything was firmly and cleanly anchored into place. Very friendly, very professional and the cost was a fraction of what I thought it would be. Would definitely call Clog Master LLC again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Thank you!!!

Sunday afternoon my drainage stopped and water was flowing out from toilet and tub. They came out and investigated. We needed another truck that had the jet instead of snake and camera to see what what was causing the drain problem from a 155 year old homes sewage line. Wednesday we had a jet truck and excavator digging and tracing the sewage line to an overgrown portion of the front yard to street verified lateral from homes sewage line to street sewage. Very attentive and respectful. Kept us in the know of what work was being done and pricing. Removed old trap and installed new clean out by at lateral. I was happy with the guys that came out and that were able to answer questions after hours about my issue. They are 5 stars. Water is flowing as before and they explained what we can do as a follow up.

I had a big problem with my old house. All my drains were clogged and backing up into my house. The previous plumber I called blew off my appointment, but Joe was able to get out to my house the same afternoon I called. Great guys! Walked me through what happened and what the problem was and some tips to keep it from occurring again in the near term.

My sewer line in my yard clogged up and was backing up into the house. Called Clog Master first thing in morning and they came out right away to diagnose my problem. I didnt have a clean out in my house. I scheduled them to unclog drain and put clean out tee in my yard that week. Clog Master did a great job and fixed everything. They were very polite and knowledgeable. Joe and his helper did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Clogged pipes are never welcomed and always unexpected. After trying couple home methods to resolve the clogged pipes, my bathroom shower kept overflowing. I called Clog Master the next day, and they arrived on time. Joe was very helpful, and he resolved the problem quickly. Clog Master was called in on an emergency repair for a clogged shower drain at Wethersfield High School. They responded promptly and professionally and knew how to properly diagnoses the problem. They provide the services described in there proposal including concrete slab removal, excavation, piping repairs and concrete slab replacement to the required specifications. All work was complete within the time promised and the facility was left in clean condition. Although this was my first experience with them, I would recommend Clog Master for any such project large or small.

We recently had issues with a clogged kitchen drain line. Clog Masters came out the next day and had the issue resolved in less than half an hour. I would recommend them highly for their fast, quality service.

Had a great experience with Joe and Clog Master. My pipes were so backed up that running my washing machine overflowed my toilet and filled half my tub, which then went through my flooring into my basement. This was during the weekend when most of the other companies were closed or charge a hefty fee to come out for an emergency (I was told $285 from a different company). I Called Clog Master and they had Joe out within a couple hours, no extra fees or anything. He assessed the issue and ran me through all the possibilities. Eventually where he suspected the issue might be was in fact where it was. He told me all about his process and gave me a lot of good advice when dealing with the drainage system at my home. After he was done he stuck around to thoroughly test that everything was flowing properly, and then he gave me more advice on how to proceed with the cleanup process and repairs, which included offering to call a company (Servpro) who he thought would be able to come out right away.
All in all a really good experience for a terrible situation.

I have no problem giving this company a great recommendation. They did everything I expected: showed up on time, completed the job, and also gave very helpful recommendations.

These people are lifesavers! We had a sewer backup issue and roto rooter's cable became stuck and they quoted us a ton of money to dig up our yard with no guarantees that they would find the line. We then called Clog Master, and their technician Joe came out later that day. He used the camera and worked diligently with the MDC to find out where our sewer line runs. Our house is old and they had to go way back to find the permits. They were able to quote us a much more reasonable price to do some excavation. They found the line and use the jet to clear out some roots. This saved us potentially a lot more money having to run an entirely new line. They were timely, professional, kept us informed about the situation, and worked through terrible weather to clear out the line. Overall, they helped us through a very stressful situation. I would highly recommend this company!

My well pump was stuck. They arrived in the time scheduled. When they arrived they correctly identified the problems and were able to tell me why my pump was not working. The probelm was fixed quickly and i had water again the same day. They also gave me instructions on how to troubleshoot my well pump before anymore damage could occur. I will reccomend this company to all friends and family.

Outstanding service. Brandon came out on a Sunday 11/21/21 and was able to repair a clog that was backing up into two of our sinks. He was knowledgeable and so helpful! While we hope we don't need this service again anytime soon, Clog Master is the only company we will call!
